Rhubarb Upside Down Cake

Rhubarb Upside Down Cake

Grease and flour 9x13 inch cake pan.
Add :
5 cups of cut up Rhubarb to pan ( Can use 4 c & 1 c
strawberries too)
Sprinkle:
1 cup of sugar over rhubarb and
1 3 oz. pkg. of strawberry or cherry jello powder.
Spread:
3 cups of miniature marshmallows over all.

Prepare 1 package yellow cake mix according to directions, and
pour over above mixture. ( Or use your own favorite recipe ).
Bake at 350 o, for 50 minutes, or till done.
Let stand 20 minutes to cool. Then turn out on a tray or cookie
sheet.
Serve with whipped cream or cool whip. Enjoy! It is very good.
