Granny's Fried Corn
Granny's Fried Corn
Slice corn from cobb with 2 slices 1/2 kernel thick the scrape cobb one time.
Fry 2-4 pcs of Fat Back in a Cast Iron Pan
In a pint Jar; fill 3/4 full of water and add 1 1/2 tablespoons of flour. Put top on jar and shake well, mixing flour and water
until all of the flour is dissolved.
After fat back is friend out, remove the meat from the pan, turn the heat to medium, pour the corn into the pan and stir to prevent sticking. When corn starts to bubble, pour in the flour water and stir until it thickens. Salt and pepper to taste.
