Fresh Pork Sausage
Fresh Pork Sausage
1 1/2 lb. ground pork (not too lean)
1/4 c. minced parsley
1 tsp. rubbed sage
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
1/2 tsp. fennel seed
1/2 tsp. pepper
In medium bowl, with hand, combine all ingredients.
Shape mixture into 6 round patties. In 12-inch skillet
over medium heat, cook patties until browned on both
sides and cooked throughout; about 20 minutes turning
occasionally.
Makes 6 main dish servings.
