Best Ever Corn Pudding
Best Ever Corn Pudding
2 eggs beaten
1 tablespoon flour
3 tbs butter or margarine melted
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 tbs vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1 can corn drained
Mix all the ingredients except the corn. Blend well, add the corn and mix.
Pour into a greased (I used the spray stuff) baking dish and bake in
preheated 400 degree oven 40 minutes. This recipe doubles or triples very
easily.
