Maple Syrup Pie
Maple Syrup Pie
2 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 cup nuts, chopped ( I use pecans)
pinch salt
1 unbaked pie shell
Combine first three ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well and
add remaining ingredients. Pour into pie shell and bake in a
preheated 400* oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
