Is Bad Circulation Killing You? Read On...

I read a lot of books and ebooks every week on a
variety of topics. Some I read because I'm looking
for solutions to your problems. Some I read because
the authors ask me for reviews. Others I read because
the titles intrigues me.

One of the ones I read this week was entitled,
Beat Bad Circulation Before It Beats You Dead!
- Common Treatments And Natural Remedies

It did a great job of explaining what's probably happening
to you if you're over 40 and you experience...

- Cramping of the legs, buttocks, or feet

- Pain in your legs

- Legs and/or feet falling to sleep

- Tired aching feet

- Swelling of the legs

- Lower temperature in your arms, hands, legs, or feet

If you have any of these syptoms, or know anyone who does,
or suspect you have bad circulation, I recommend that you
check this ebook out at: http://www.beatbadcirculation.com

I am wondering if anyone knows how to make tomatoe gravy. A kind of creamy variety. I think I remember having it as a kid, but never asked long gone relatives for how to make it.
