Hash Brown Casserole
1 bag of frozen shredded hash browns thawed
1 stick of melted butter
1 can of Campbell Cream of Chicken Soup
1 80z of Sour creme
1 small onion finely chopped.
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients and bake in a lightly greased.
Bake between 30 to 45 minutes.
Top with shredded sharpe chedder cheese.
Put back in oven just long enough to melt cheese.
Yum! Yum!
