Shirley's Pecan Pie


Shirley's Pecan Pie

1 9-inch pie crust, unbaked
3 large eggs
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 cup Karo dark corn syrup
1 cup pecan halves or pieces

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place pie crust in pie pan. Beat together eggs, sugar, salt, butter and syrup. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie crust shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until pie is set and pastry is nicely browned.
