EZ Spam Cakes
E-Z Spamcakes
1 1/2 c pancake mix
1 cup milk
1 T oil
1 can spam, chopped fine
syrup or honey
In bowl, combine pancake mix, milk, egg, oil.
Stir in spam.
Use 1/3 cup for each pancake, pour batter on greased griddle.
Bake till browned on bottom.
Turn and brown other side.
Serve with syrup or honey.
