Hot Cabbage Slaw
Hot Cabbage Slaw
1 head of firm cabbage, shredded
1/4 stick margarine
2 TB sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sour cream
Cook cabbage untill tender, adding margarine.
Mix sugar, vinegar, and sour cream together, pour over cabbage while hot.
Salt and pepper to taste.Cover and let stand a few minutes.
