Mulled Cranberry-Apple Cider

MULLED CRANBERRY-APPLE CIDER
(Great when you come in from the cold!)

2 Qt. Apple cider
1-1/2 Qt. Cranberry juice
1/2 C. brown sugar, packed
20-25 whole cloves
8-10 Sticks cinnamon,broken into pieces
10-15 whole allspice

In a 6 Qt. Kettle, bring all ingredients to boiling;
simmer uncovered about 30 minutes. Strain through
double layer of cheesecloth.

Refrigerate cider until needed. Reheat for serving,
placing in a crock pot on low with cloves pushed into
an apple. Place a cinnamon stick stirrer in each
mug.

Serves 12 to 15
