Crockpot Beef Short Ribs
CROCKPOT BEEF SHORT RIBS
1 to 1-1/2 lbs Beef Short Ribs
1 Can Beef Consomme Soup (undiluted)
1 pkg taco seasoning
Brown ribs....mix taco seasoning with soup. Pour over ribs in Crockpot. Cook on high 4 to 5 hrs or low for 8 to 10 hrs, or until tender..... You may add onions if you like....
