Sherry Sweet And Sour Spare Ribs


SHERRY SWEET AND SOUR SPARERIBS:

3 lbs. Spareribs
Salt & Pepper
2 Tbs. Minced onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can tomato sauce (8oz.)
1/2 cup Sherry
1/2 cup honey
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbs. wine vinegar

Salt and pepper ribs. Place in shallow pan and bake in a
preheated 400 degrees oven for 40 minutes. Drain fat and
combine ingredients and pour over ribs. Bake at 350 degrees for
1 hour longer or until tender, basting once in awhile.
