Chess Pie

Chess Pie

1/4 pound of butter
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of white sugar
3 eggs
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1/2 tablespoon of vanilla
1 tablespoon of cornmeal

Melt the butter, brown and white sugars.
Add the eggs, vinegar, vanilla, and the
cornmeal and stir until mixed but do not
beat. Pour into an unbaked piecrust and
bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
