Sugar Cookies
From the Cookbook,
Cajun Clark's One Inch From The Top"
Sugar Cookies
3 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 sticks butter
1 cup sugar
2 whole eggs
Beat butter, eggs and sugar together until
smooth. Add flour 1 cup at a time. Add baking
powder and baking soda. Last roll to 1/2-inch
thick. Cut with metal cutters.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350ºF. Cool. Can be
stored to decorate later.
